Aughrim Holiday Village is located in the centre of the town and adjacent to Lawless’s Hotel.
Aughrim, a beautiful, picturesque town also known as ‘The Granite Village’ due to the numbers of buildings constructed from locally quarried granite, nestles in a picturesque valley where the Ow and Derry rivers meet to form the Aughrim river.
In 2007 Aughrim won the Overall National Tidy Towns Award. The pride of the local population in their town and the reason for this award can be seen everywhere.
